Premier League Gameweek 29 Betting Tips: 45/1 ACCUMULATOR

There are only eight Premier League fixtures this weekend due to the EFL Cup final taking place on Sunday, but there are still some huge matches to enjoy.

They include five fixtures on Saturday, of which the pick is a showdown between Manchester City and Brighton, with both teams competing for Champions League qualification.

There is also a televised clash between Bournemouth and Brentford on Saturday evening that seems likely to provide goals.

On Sunday, the main event in the Premier League is the London derby between Arsenal and Chelsea, while after the EFL Cup final between Liverpool and Newcastle, we will be treated to Manchester United’s trip to Leicester.

We’ve picked out five tips from the upcoming eight games and if you put them together to form an accumulator, it could pay out at 45/1.

TIP 1 – BOTH TEAMS TO SCORE - EVERTON VS WEST HAM @ 23/25

Everton vs West Ham (Saturday, 15:00)

Everton’s revival can be in large part attributed to David Moyes’ ability to get goals from his threadbare squad.

It was something that was beyond his predecessor Sean Dyche, but the veteran coach has coaxed an eight-match unbeaten run in the Premier League from the Toffees, in which they have scored in every game.

Everton have also conceded in six of them, including each of their last five, which is the price to pay for a more adventurous style.

West Ham have scored in each of their last nine away games, so both teams to score looks like landing in this one.

TIP 2 – ERLING HAALAND TO SCORE ANYTIME @ 21/20

Manchester City vs Brighton (Saturday, 15:00)

Fifth-placed Manchester City have the chance of, at least temporarily, moving into the top four if they can collect the three points here.

Brighton though are also in European contention and will see this as an opportunity to move up from their position of seventh, ahead of the Citizens.

Fabian Hurzeler’s team have won each of their last six games, which includes four Premier League fixtures as well as FA Cup ties against Chelsea and Newcastle.

With Manchester City’s form being unreliable, it looks best to avoid the result here and instead look towards the resurgence of Erling Haaland.

The Norwegian’s last ten Premier League appearances have seen him score seven goals and his odds these days are much larger than was the case earlier this season.

TIP 3 – WOLVES TO BEAT SOUTHAMPTON AND BOTH TEAMS TO SCORE @ 13/5

Southampton vs Wolves (Saturday, 15:00)

Wolves have an excellent chance to distance themselves from the relegation zone this weekend, when they travel to St Mary’s.

They are six points clear of the drop zone, thanks to a useful haul of seven points from a maximum of 15 in recent games.

Southampton have lost each of their last five games across all competitions and are effectively relegated, having been cast adrift with a mere nine points from 28 games.

Despite their poor results they are still fighting, with the Saints finding the net in seven of their last ten fixtures in the top flight, raising the possibility that they will score in defeat on Saturday.

TIP 4 – NOTTINGHAM FOREST TO WIN AGAINST IPSWICH @ 10/11

Ipswich Town vs Nottingham Forest (Saturday, 15:00)

Another team looking to take advantage of a relegation-threatened host are Nottingham Forest, who head to Portman Road on Saturday.

The Tricky Trees are sitting pretty in third place after their 1-0 win at home against Manchester City last weekend, but their form on the road is a concern.

Forest have lost each of their last three away days in the Premier League, conceding 11 goals in the process.

But with 18th placed Ipswich having lost each of their last four home games at Portman Road, they could be the perfect opponents for the Champions League chasers.

TIP 5 – ARSENAL TO WIN AGAINST CHELSEA @ 10/13

Arsenal vs Chelsea (Sunday, 13:30)

The biggest game in the Premier League this weekend is this top-four showdown between London rivals Arsenal and Chelsea.

Arsenal are second in the table and should qualify for next season’s Champions League, but are in danger of being distracted by their progress in Europe, having reached the quarter-final stage in midweek.

The Gunners have only won two of their last six games across all competitions, but have had the advantage of being able to rest key players for the second leg tie with PSV, which they won 9-3 on aggregate.

Chelsea have won their last two matches in the top flight, against struggling Southampton and Leicester, but have not won any of their last six Premier League away games.

With Arsenal well-rested, they can claim a vital victory against the fourth-placed Blues.
