Premier League Gameweek 5 Tips: 15/2 fourfold driven by high-flying Aston Villa

The Premier League returned with a bang last week as the 20 teams returned from the latest international break.

Liverpool were stunned by Nottingham Forest at Anfield, with Forest winning their first match at the home of the Reds since 1969.

Arsenal claimed North London derby bragging rights after beating Tottenham 1-0 but Manchester City are still two points clear at the top of the table.

This week there are eight games scheduled on Saturday and two on Sunday, with the Gunners' clash against Manchester City the biggest game of the week.

Tottenham to beat Brentford (Saturday, 3pm) @ 13/25

After back-to-back defeats in the Premier League, Spurs just did enough to beat Coventry City in the EFL Cup on Wednesday night.

They are back on home soil for this Saturday's clash with Brentford, and they should have too much quality for Thomas Frank's side. The Bees have already conceded 27 shots on target, meaning goalkeeper Mark Flekken has been busy, and they have lost striker Yoane Wissa to injury.

Spurs have had the fourth-most shots in the league with 63, and should be able to overpower their visitors.

Aston Villa to beat Wolves (Saturday, 3pm) @ 11/20

Villa extended their winning record to three games with Tuesday's 3-0 win over Young Boys in the Champions League.

Unai Emery's side has been clinical in front of goal, scoring 12 goals in five games, and they will expect to overcome Wolves.

Gary O'Neil's troops are still winless this season after losing their EFL Cup tie 3-2 to Brighton on Wednesday night. Wolves have failed to win any of their last nine competitive away games, and that is bad news ahead of a trip to Villa Park.

Leicester City vs Everton (Saturday, 3pm) - Over 2.5 Goals @ 17/20

Neither Leicester nor Everton have won a game in the Premier League this season, but neutrals should be in for a fun afternoon this weekend.

Leicester have scored in all five games they have played in this season in all competitions, including their 2-2 draw with Crystal Palace last weekend.

Everton's troubles are well-documented after they surrendered successive two-nil leads in 3-2 defeats to Bournemouth and Aston Villa and they were also beaten on penalties in the EFL Cup by Southampton in midweek.

With neither team able to keep a clean sheet in the league this season, this is another game that should be full of drama.

Brighton vs Nottingham Forest (Sunday, 2pm) - Under 2.5 Goals @ 49/50

Both Brighton and Nottingham Forest have collected eight points from two games this season and a close match should be on the cards in Sunday's opening fixture.

The Seagulls have already held Arsenal to a draw this season, but they were unable to beat Ipswich Town and settled for a 0-0 stalemate in the league last weekend.

Forest's win over Liverpool extended their unbeaten run in the league to four games, and while Brighton have had a league-high 67 shots this season, Forest may be able to nullify them.

Only Manchester City, Tottenham and Liverpool have faced fewer shots on target than Forest, so expect the Tricky Trees to frustrate Brighton on the south coast.
