1. Main Terms
1.1. These T&Cs are to be read in conjunction with BetMGM General Terms and Conditions (‘GTCs’) and Promotional Terms and Conditions (‘PTCs’) and include and incorporate the GTCs (including but not limited to all limitations on you as detailed within the GTCs). Where there is any conflict between the GTCs and the T&Cs, the GTCs shall prevail. You accept these T&Cs by opting in.
1.2. The Fortune Wheel Daily Prize Drops promotion is run by Pragmatic Play but is accessible to play via our website.
1.3. We can suspend, withdraw, or amend the terms of this promotion from time to time (e.g., to comply with applicable laws and regulations; as a result of a fault, mistake or error being identified (whether technical, human or otherwise); and/or where necessary to prevent fraud or other Prohibited Practices (as defined in clause 10 of our General Terms), except if you have already opted in to this promotion or made a deposit in expectation of receipt of a bonus pursuant to this promotion, any such suspension, withdrawal or amendment will not apply to you or your participation in this promotion.
1.4. If any term of the offer is violated, or if there is evidence of multiple wagers placed by a customer or group of customers that, due to a deposit bonus, enhanced payments, or other promotional offers, guarantee profits regardless of the outcome, whether individually or collectively, BetMGM reserves the right to reclaim the bonus or enhanced payment associated with the offer, void any wagers funded by the offer, and/or confiscate any winnings derived from such wagers. Furthermore, if such activity is detected, BetMGM may impose an administration fee on the customer, up to the value of the bonus or enhanced payment, to cover the costs incurred in identifying and addressing the activity.
2. Who Can Enter
2.1. The Fortune Wheel Daily Prize Drops are open to new and existing players on BetMGM. You must be over 18 years of age and have and maintain a valid account with BetMGM to participate (‘your Account’). The Fortune Wheel Daily Prize Drops are not available to employees, agents, partners or consultants of BetMGM, its corporate group or affiliated companies.
2.2. For your eligibility to the Fortune Wheel Daily Prize Drops to remain valid, your Account must comply with the GTCs. If your Account or you breach(es) the GTCs or T&Cs, your eligibility in the Fortune Wheel Daily Prize Drops will automatically be voided.
3. How to Enter
3.1. The Fortune Roulette Daily Prize Drops run daily from 25th April 2025 09:01 until 4th May at 22:59 (the ‘Promotional Term’). This is a network promotion operated by Pragmatic Play and prize pools are shared across different operators.
3.2. To take part in a Fortune Roulette Daily Prize Drop, you are required to join or opt in through Fortune Roulette.
3.3. By opting in for the Fortune Roulette Daily Prize Drop, you hereby agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
3.4. To qualify for a prize, you need to place real money bets on the participating game with a minimum of 10p.
3.5. You can win a maximum of two (2) prizes each Fortune Roulette Daily Prize Drop.
3.6. Prizes are awarded randomly on any bet placed with a Qualifying Bet. Each Qualifying Bet can trigger only one random prize at a time.
3.7. Prizes are awarded in cash amounts without any wagering requirement or withdrawal restrictions. Cash prizes are paid out upon confirmation of win which is received via an in-game pop up notification.
3.8. All prizes are detailed and displayed within the ‘Prizes’ section of the promotional menu available in-game. You can track your wins, other players’ wins, and the remaining number of prizes in real-time within the promotional interface of each participating game.
3.9. There is no additional cost to participate.
3.10. A portion of undistributed funds from the Drops & Wins network promotion will be awarded to players in this promotion.
3.11. The participating game includes all available versions. You can play the Fortune Roulette Daily Prize Drops on desktop, mobile, app or tablet.
3.12. Pragmatic Play reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion, including any related terms and conditions, at any time. Any such amendments will not affect players who have opted in unless necessary to manage or prevent fraud and other unlawful behavior.
3.13. Pragmatic Play reserves the right to review players' activities to detect any potential abuse. Should such a review uncover abusive or unlawful behavior, Pragmatic Play may forfeit winnings and restrict the player's participation in future promotions.
