1. Main Terms
1.1. These terms and conditions (‘T&Cs’) apply to BetMGM’s Giveaway (the ‘Giveaway’) where there are two (2) prizes of £250k to be won. You accept these T&Cs by opting in and submitting a qualifying bet. For every Qualifying Bet (defined in section 3), you will receive an entry to the Giveaway draw (the ‘Draw’).
1.2. The Giveaway will run from Monday 3rd March 2025 at 09:00 until Friday 14th March at 16:00 (the ‘Promotional Period’).
1.3. These T&Cs are subject to the BetMGM General Terms and Conditions (‘GTCs’) and include and incorporate the GTCs (including but not limited to all limitations on you as detailed within the GTCs). Where there is any conflict between the GTCs and the T&Cs, the GTCs will prevail.
1.4. The Giveaway is run by LeoVegas Gaming plc, licensed operator of the BetMGM website located at www.betmgm.co.uk and/or mobile applications that we own or operate using the same brand (‘BetMGM’). Please see the footer for further information.
1.5. BetMGM further reserves the right to suspend or modify the rules or format of The Giveaway where a change or withdrawal is required due to any change in law or regulation; or by giving you prior notice, if the change or cancellation is required for any other valid reason (for example, if there is a fault in the software or systems used to manage the promotion, or if a mistake is identified).
1.6. BetMGM accepts no liability for events beyond its control, including but not limited to cancellations, postponements, or changes in event dates related to your Qualifying Bet.
2. Who Can Enter
2.1. The Giveaway is open to new and existing players on BetMGM. You must be over 18 years of age and have and maintain a valid account with BetMGM to participate (‘your Account’). The Giveaway is not available to employees, agents, partners or consultants of BetMGM, its corporate group or affiliated companies.
2.2. For your eligibility to the Giveaway to remain valid, your Account must comply with the GTCs. If your Account or you breach(es) the GTCs or T&Cs, your eligibility in The Giveaway will automatically be voided.
3. How to Enter
3.1. You must opt in via the promotions page on your Account (‘My Promotions’), and place a Qualifying Bet of at least £2 on BetMGM's Sportsbook which must be settled before 16:00 on 12th March 2025 and/or 14th March 2025. Every bet settled during this time will result in an entry into the Draw, multiple entries are permitted.
3.2. To qualify and remain eligible for the Giveaway, the bet must meet the following criteria (‘Qualifying Bet’):
3.2.1. The bet must have a stake of £2 or more. This may be staked on any sports book event during the Promotional Period.
3.2.2. Free Bets, Profit Boosts and Odds Boosts do not qualify towards the Giveaway.
3.2.3. Void, cashed out, or partially cashed out and/or multiples bets do not qualify for the Giveaway.
3.3. All Qualifying Bets will be entered into the Draw (see section 4) which will take place on two (2) occasions, Wednesday 12th March and Friday 14th March 2025. For the avoidance of doubt, one entry will provide you a chance to win in both Draws.
3.4.The Giveaway cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
4. Winners
4.1. There will be two Draws, each with a chance to win £250k.
4.1.1. The first Draw for £250k will take place on 12th March 2025 after the BetMGM Queen Mother Champion Chase.
4.1.2. The second Draw for £250k will take place on 14th March 2025 after the Cheltenham Gold Cup.
4.2. Winners are selected randomly by BetMGM. In the event of any dispute, BetMGM’s decision is final.
4.3. Once the winner has been drawn, BetMGM will contact the winner/s (via email or phone) within 24hrs of the Draw to confirm their cash prize. You must accept the prize during our contact within 48 hours of the attempted contact. If you do not accept the prize it will be forfeit and a new winner will be drawn. It is your responsibility to ensure the contact details on your account are correct and up to date.
4.4. We reserve the right to carry out verification checks on you including your age and identity. Identification and verification requirements will be as detailed in the GTCs.
4.5. Any contact regarding the prize/s are subject to our verification checks being satisfied and is not a final confirmation of your reward. Such verification requirements are at BetMGM’s sole discretion.
4.6. Once you have accepted the cash prize and completed our verification checks to our satisfaction, we will credit funds directly to your bank account within 7 working days.
4.7. Where we have reason to believe you may have engaged in an illegal or any ‘Prohibited Practice’ the £250k cash prize will be forfeited. For the avoidance of doubt, there will be no prize alternative in this instance and BetMGM’s decision is final. The Prohibited Practices are defined below, and also in GTC Clause 10: If you are accessing (or attempting to access) BetMGM whilst located in any territory other than the United Kingdom (including if you use a VPN or any similar technology to disguise your location).
4.7.1. If you use a credit card or other credit-based payment method as a source of funds in connection with your Account.
4.7.2. If you use a stolen, cloned or otherwise unauthorised payment method as a source of funds in connection with your Account, or if you deposit money originating from criminal and/or other illegal activities.
4.7.3. If you manipulate any bonus functionality.
4.7.4. If you use the Website and/or Services other than for your personal use.
4.7.5. If you allow or permit (whether intentionally or unintentionally) someone else to use your Account.
4.7.6. If the name registered on your Account does not match the name on the payment method used to make deposits on that Account.
4.7.7. If you become bankrupt.
4.7.8. If we have reason to believe you are involved in collusion or cheating of any kind.
4.7.9. If you exploit an Error, Malfunction or Interruption (including if you continue to use a Service once it is apparent or obvious to you or you suspect that an Error, Malfunction or Interruption may be occurring).
4.7.10. If you engage in any aggressive, obscene or otherwise offensive behaviour towards any of our staff.
4.7.11. If your Account is being used in any manner which we consider (acting reasonably) to be fraudulent, dishonest or criminal.
4.7.12. If you provide any false, incorrect, incomplete or misleading Registration Details to open your Account, or make any subsequent changes to such information which are false, incorrect, incomplete or misleading (including, without limitation, to avoid GAMSTOP identification and circumvent self-exclusion) (except where you provide any incorrect or misleading information in order to pass relevant age-verification checks).
4.7.13. If you provide any false, incorrect, incomplete or misleading documentation, including to complete our verification checks.
4.7.14. If you employ or make use of a system (including machines, computers, software or other automated systems such as ‘bots’) to gamble with us or to circumvent or exploit our bookmaking or gaming systems.
4.7.15. If we have received a ‘chargeback’ and/or a ‘return’ in connection with your Account.
4.7.16. If we discover that you have a criminal background or you are convicted of a criminal offence; and/or
4.7.17. If you seriously breach the GTCs in any other way.
4.18. You may be asked to provide consent to take part in any publicity or promotional activities related to the Giveaway. This may include, but is not limited to, using your name, image, and/or likeness in promotional materials or advertisements. Your participation in any such publicity is entirely voluntary, and you will not be required to take part unless you explicitly consent.
